Our founder has been a property developer since 1976. He bought and refurbished his first property in Wandsworth Common at 19 years old, and once that first basement conversion project was under his belt there was no turning back! He then made the move up to Manchester in 1990 to start a family and has been delivering high quality developments in the region ever since.

As a company, our experience ranges from one-off super houses in Cheshire’s ‘Golden Triangle’, to the completion of 400 homes in New East Manchester.  We have a keen focus on affordable housing and are acutely aware of the need for new homes across the UK. We work closely with a number of registered providers and care home companies, and have a vast network of industry professionals we have built up over the last 30 years.

We have a passion for fantastic buildings and challenging sites,  during the late 90s/ early 00’s we successfully delivered 19 schemes in the Northern Quarter and worked closely with Manchester City Council on regeneration over a 5-year period.

Over the years we have won multiple awards for our developments, these accolades testify to our commitment to excellence and delivering outstanding results.
