Case Studies

At Kingsdown, we're proud of the projects we've delivered over the years.

Our portfolio includes a range of developments, from one-off super houses in Cheshire to the completion of a site of 400 new homes in East Manchester.

We’ve successfully delivered 19 schemes in the Northern Quarter and worked closely with Manchester City Council on regeneration during the late 90s – early 00s. Our team has experience producing successful regeneration projects on brownfield sites, helping breathe new life into derelict or previously unused land.

Our case studies showcase our property development expertise and unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding results for our clients. Contact us today to learn more about our previous projects and how we can help with yours.

Kingsdown have a catalogue of successful schemes completed, please see below some of our previous case studies:

Beaver Road, Didsbury

A block of 18 Apartments in the centre of Didsbury, we dealt with the vendor and sold this whole block to one of our registered provider clients off-market.

The Race, Handforth

This was a previously unused parcel of land in a tricky cul-de-sac location that one of our London clients had owned for over 20 years. When our client brought the opportunity to us we managed the whole process from design, through the construction phase and finally instructed the individual sales upon completion.

Palatine Road, Northenden

A mixed use development of apartments and commercial units, we identified the derelict site, achieved a planning permission and organised the purchase of the whole block with one of our registered provider clients, which included a build contract for our vendor client.

Jutland Street, Northern Quarter

This was a previously unused and derelict parcel of land we identified within Manchester City Centre, we went to one of our original registered provider clients (North British Housing Association), who we partnered with to develop a new block of apartments that the registered provider then brought in to their own portfolio.

Portway Road, Wythenshawe

A former public house our private development company bought from a Manchester brewery, we developed the land into much needed new homes and negotiated a new lease with Manchester City Council. We then sold the completed scheme to one of our Registered Provider clients.

Fairy Lane, Cheetham

This was an East Manchester terraced housing ‘clearance area’, we worked with Manchester City Council and parcelled the land up into a number of residential schemes, and then partnered with various registered providers to deliver the new homes
